ADOPTED! Intact, injured and that thick coat of a cat who's managed to make it outdoors, Steph has an old ligature wound to his front paw that healed improperly and has left him with a noticeable limp. His body may not be perfect, but his personality is ... Steph is a lover of brushing, touch and talk. He has become more comfortable around other cats, but okay around non-interested dogs.  Really, his strength is his willingness to give and receive attention. He'll need to be an indoor cat, especially with his mobility limitations, but we're pretty sure he'll love that after surviving on his for the last 4 years.
