We were asked to take Margaux on a transfer from another animal welfare organization because she needed more time, more trust, more socializing ... Cautious on intake, it's taken some time (and the help of a dog-friend) to really see who Margaux is ... her willingness to come forward for attention and affection has quadrupled. Touch isn't nearly as threatening as it was before. Weight is finally coming on. Watching her play and just be a dog has been a gift to see as her world expands. Margaux is in the 2 year old range, and although more work needs to be done on leash, she is moving forward. We just need the right people to help her the rest of the way. Another willing dog in the home, no children at this time, and someone with dog experience. We think she's a Maremma X.
