Layla is 3 years old, a transfer from another organization, and one who quickly endeared herself to all of us. At 146 lbs, she won't be the dog for every home (!), and although she is respectful and interested in humans, that same courtesy has not extended to other animals. We'll be looking for a non-working home given the health complication of congenital dysplasia ... a fenced yard, limited steps, no other pets and a willingness to manage her mobility as she declines over time.
