Found on an oil & gas rig in Saskatchewan by workers, Rene made his way to Alberta at the request of the workers who had started feeding him, and the others who showed up at their site. We believe he's in the 6 mos old range, medium sized with a bit more growing to do (so expect him to be in the 60 lbs range full grown), and he's such a great wee dog! He is friendly and playful with other dogs, aware but respectful of our cats, super smart and learning the leash quickly as well as commands (no crate work as yet but with his food motivation, would be easy to do). He's a quiet dog overall, and for a pup, surprisingly calm nature'd. And he likes humans! Rene really does have it all (and cute as a button with those ears)!
