ADOPTED: Her leg badly was damaged from a leghold trap, Ann needed immediate amputation. Untrusting of all of us trying to help her, she's had a long road to accepting touch, to recovering and now being considered for adoption. She won't tolerate being picked up yet, but that will come. At least it will with the right people, and more time. She's in the 3 year old range, so plenty more years to live a good and safe life. Just need to find the right people! Her direct exposure to cats has been limited as she was healing and taming down, but she could probably adjust to a willing cat friend. No work with dogs, and not a recommendation for children.
